BigHugs snowboard superstar Louis Macindoe has been accused of treason following his abandonment of snowboarding. The controversy arose earlier in the week, when this Line sticker was found on Macindoe's brand new board:



Friends and family have speculated that he may be leaving the snowboard industry after a Coal-beanie stealing incident several weeks earlier. In an exclusive STB interview, Macindoe's idol and mentor, Jake Burton (pictured below), had the following to say about the situation: "I'm not angry with Lewis, just disappointed. He's been like a son to me, and now he's gone. I guess I am a bad dad..."



Macindoe plans to spend the rest of his winter training with his longtime hero Simon Dumont, who has since taken Louis under his wing as a superpipe protege.
