The charges at hand have been laid by Allen & Unwin publications, accusing MCA6 publications of copyright infringements following the release of "Our family table: how to cook a schnitty"
Whether or not the charges are valid is up to the jury to decide. We'll let you form your own opinion: are they really that similar? STB says yes.
